1. What this document is

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of argocreations.com, operated by Argo Lab Sistemas e Tecnologia Ltda, enrolled with the Brazilian company registry (CNPJ) under No. 68.705.923/0001-82 ("Argo Creations"), headquartered in Recife, PE, Brazil. By browsing this site you agree to these Terms; if you do not agree, simply do not use it.

2. What this site is — and what it is not

This is a corporate site: it presents the company, the services it provides — security audits of multi-tenant SaaS, custom software development and consulting — and the products it maintains. The site sells nothing: it processes no payments, creates no accounts and takes no data through forms.

Every service is engaged through an individual written proposal or contract, negotiated scope by scope. If these Terms conflict with a proposal or contract signed between the parties, the signed document prevails.

3. Acceptable use

Use the site for what it exists for: learning about the company’s work and getting in touch. By using it, you agree not to:

• interfere with the operation or security of the site, or attempt to circumvent its protections;
• use its content to mislead others — for instance, by suggesting an affiliation, endorsement or partnership that does not exist;
• reproduce the site, in whole or in part, to create a page that passes itself off as ours;
• use the site’s trademarks, texts or images in violation of the intellectual-property section below.

4. Intellectual property

The Argo Creations brand, the symbol, the texts, the design and the code of this site belong to Argo Lab Sistemas e Tecnologia Ltda. Nothing in these Terms grants a license to any of them. Mentioning the company — in an article, an analysis or a comparison — is free; using the brand in a way that confuses the public is not.

The products mentioned on this site, such as Kaptar AI, Meu Oratório, FortIA and Numerei, have their own terms of use and privacy policies, published on their respective sites and apps. These Terms apply to this site only.

5. Content and liability

The content of this site is informational and provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, current and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Argo Creations is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use or unavailability of this site. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights that the law does not allow to be excluded — including consumer rights under the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990) and mandatory rules of your country of residence.

6. Services and confidentiality

Scope, timeline, price, warranties and liability for each service are defined in the proposal or contract for that engagement — including confidentiality commitments (NDAs), signed engagement by engagement. Information sent by e-mail during a business conversation is handled under the Privacy Policy.

7. Privacy

How personal data is handled on this site is described in the Privacy Policy. The honest summary: this site uses no cookies, has no trackers and collects no browsing data for advertising.

8. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top — changes take effect upon publication.

9. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, with the courts of Recife, Pernambuco, as the venue for disputes arising from them — without prejudice to the venue and the rights that mandatory rules of your place of residence guarantee you, including as a consumer.

10. Languages

These Terms are published in Portuguese, Spanish and English. If the versions diverge, the Portuguese version prevails.
